A cozy, modern condo right in the heart of Baguio City. It is 2-3 minute walk away from Baguio Cathedral, SM Baguio and Session Road. It is the perfect place for relaxation and tourism. The space The condo unit is 20.9sqm and is located on the 4th floor of Megatower Residences 3. Guests will be given a card to access the elevator for added convenience. Check in starts at 2pm Check out is at 12pm The place has fast wifi (Weavetech at 50mbps). The unit has a 43” Smart TV with access to Netflix, Youtube and other online services of your own, if needed. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, full utensils, induction stove, microwave, rice cooker and kettle. All towels, bed sheets, soap and toilet papers are fully provided, as well as shampoo and body wash in the shower area. Bathroom is equipped with a hot and cold shower. The building is ideally located near restaurants, hospital, bookstores, banks and more. There is a convenience store, laundry shop, restaurant and other shops located at the ground floor of the building. Other things to note Parking is limited. Please inform us after booking if you would like to reserve a parking spot so we can coordinate it ahead of time. Parking rate is 300 pesos for 24 hours starting at 12 noon. In case of full parking, we suggest parking at SM Baguio which is only a short walk to the unit. The security deposit is only charged if there are damages or missing items after the guests stay. Airbnb will charge this after confirmation between host and guest. We ask that you respect out place and neighbors by observing the following: -No parties and loud events -No pets -No smoking -Maintain cleanliness of the place Please ensure you leave the unit with all your belongings. Any forgotten items that are lost is not our responsibility. Washer and dryers are located at the ground floor of the building for a charge. (Laundry Shop). Note: there are no washers and dryers in the unit. Cleaning fee only applies to basic cleaning of the unit to include laundry of sheets and towels. Any significant damages (stains, etc) or deep cleaning to those items will be charged separately. Also, we require all our guests to send us a copy of any government ID for security purposes.
