WELCOME TO WINDY POINT ESTATE - Located in a very quiet and serene acers on the bank of Lake Istokpoga. The Estate is an over 6,000 sf /5 bedrooms 5 1/2 bath on magnificent lake front vacation house with breathtaking sunrise views over Lake Istokpoga. Nestled near Lake Placid, FL. This vacation home rests on 4 +/- acres, secluded at the end of the road. Surrounded by lush landscape, a bright green sprawling lawn, majestic trees, a peaceful pond, a gorgeous lake and ample type of birds& Ospreys. The space Our massive game room provides great entertainment with a full bar set up, shuffleboard Table, Air hokey table, pool table, blackjack table, card/board game table as well as our baby grand piano. Also, many board games are supplied for you to use. The Florida room has a nice indoor solar& electric-heated pool, and jacuzzi which faces the lake. Master bedroom plus 2 more bedrooms, all with private bath, are on 2nd floor. 2 more bedrooms with private bath, are on 1st floor. fireplace is only for decoration. There is a family/TV room facing the great Istokpoga lake, which also leads to the outdoor BBQ Guest access You will be able to access all areas except to swimming in the lake, a home to alligators. Our pond is a host to many fish, turtles and small baby alligators, and on many occasions, birds frequent the property around the pond. Other things to note *Please note that the fireplaces are for decoration only and they are NOT functional. *There is a boat ramp only a block away from the property. Enjoy a fishing trip or just relax on a boat (not included). The dock attached to the property offers Bass fishing opportunities (bring your own fishing rods), although swimming in the lake is OFF LIMIT due to resident alligators. * Since we are in the nature, the WiFi is only 50 mb * Since we are on the bank of the lake, occasionally, there are water flies that don't sting but can be a nuisance. * Outdoor lights should be off at night not to attract those flies, if there are.
