Barrio Chino, the compact Chinatown, beckons with specialty supermarkets, street-food stalls and no-nonsense noodle joints. Popular with dog walkers and picnickers, hillside park Barrancas de Belgrano has an old-timey bandstand used for tango dancing and folk concerts. Guest access The guest can use the entire accommodation. The building has amenities. Pool, Sum, garage (check availability) work space with Wi-Fi and gym. Other things to note CHECK IN / CHECK OUT Check in: 11am to 8pm Check out: 11am Check in: If a guest arrives before 11 am, and the property is unoccupied, the guest may occupy the property before the check in time without extra charge. If the property is occupied, they should wait until the check in time to occupy the property. If guest wish to guarantee the availability of the property for an earlier check in time, we suggest making your reservation for one day prior to your anticipated arrival. Check out: If a guest has a departure scheduled for after 11 am, and the property has no other immediate reservation, the guest may remain at the property until the most convenient check out time without extra charge. If there is an immediate reservation for the property, guests should check out at 11am. If a guest wishes to guarantee the availability of the property for a later check out time, we suggest making your reservation for one day after your anticipated departure. EARLY CHECK IN - LATE CHECK IN: On the arrival day of the guest, at a previously established time, we will receive the guest at the property that is to be rented in order to give him the keys. We deliver keys regularly from 9am to 8pm. If you will be arriving to the apartment before 9am or after 8pm, please let us know in order to make special arrangements. This service has an additional cost and will be charged as follows: Everyday Arrivals from 07:00 am  to 9 am and from 8 pm to midnight: $20USD We do not deliver keys from midnight to 7 am. Important: If a time is arranged to meet during the previously mentioned "irregular" hours, the guest will still be charged for this service even if, in the end, he/she arrives during the hours listed as "regular” LONG STAYS For longer stays (+10 days) we request to do a cleaning, every 10 days, for as long as the stay lasts. This cleaning has an additional cost to be paid by the guest. The purpose of this is to maintain the apartment as lovely and cozy as you found it, we’ll deep clean the apartment and also change bedding and towels. For more than one month stays electricity and gas is not included in the price.
