This one bedroom lakehouse is the perfect getaway for couples, friends and families. Step inside the characterful interior and you'll find high end materials, including a double bed in the bedroom and three single beds (bunkbed) for kids, as well as a bathroom with a luxurious walk-in rain shower. Surrounding the house is a beautiful lake, making it a great spot for those who want to get away from it all and spend some quality time together. The house accommodates up to four adults comfortably. The space The living space is a beautiful space with a beautiful interior and a comfy sofa. The kitchen high-end with a magnificent view over the lake. The dining table can accommodate up to eight people. The 8-seater dining table is ideal for hosting families. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, so you can have a relaxing and refreshing time after a tiring day. The wild garden is a perfect spot to relax and take in the serene and idyllic environment. The garden is adjoined by the lake which is perfect for taking 'a nice dip'or having a summer swim, it has a little island in the middle of it. The bedroom offers a comfortable double bed and three single beds (bunkbed) which are comfortable for kids up to 16yo, but really a bit tight for adults. The living room comforts a sofa bed for two and a single sofa bed. When sleeping in the living room, know that it is a bit tight to pass. Outside we have a tank tub (you can use fire or ice), for a nice hot or cold outside bath, several outside dining tables, BBQ & tripod with fire bowl, wooden playhouse for kids. Please be aware we are still improving the outside, it's rather a "Jardin Sauvage" than an English garden. But we are convinced under the old oaks, you will find the peace and tranquility you are looking. Guest access We're excited to welcome you and make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Guests have the entire accommodation to themselves. Other things to note The price as determined when booking your stay includes the use of the accommodation and the furniture and household effects present, as well as consumption (water, heating, electricity, telecommunications and other facilities) and cleaning after check-out. The Accommodation is fully furnished, whereby 90% of the price refers to the property and 10% to the furniture. KITCHEN ESSENTIALS: The owner does provide a few kitchen essentials that will cover the first few days of your stay. This includes standard essentials such as coffee cups, tea, sugar, olive oil, salt & pepper, hand soap, dish detergent, one kitchen towel, cloth and sponge and garbage bags. We also provide a few dishwasher tablets. HYGIENE ESSENTIALS: The owner does provide a few hygiene essentials that will cover the first few days of your stay. This includes bathroom essentials such as shampoo, shower gel and hand soap. Toilet paper is also provided in the toilets. CLEANING: The accommodation has been professionally cleaned and prepared. After your check-out, the cleaning and inspection of the accommodation are included in the price. However, we do ask all guests to leave the accommodation in a tidy state to respect our hard-working cleaning colleagues. INSPECTIONS: The accommodation has been inspected as well as possible after previous guests' check-out and will be again inspected after your check-out. MAINTENANCE: The accommodation is maintained as good as possible, and any defect or damage should be reported immediately. If any maintenance issues arise, we ask for patience and understanding. We will do our very best to solve any issue as soon as possible. EXTRA OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: There are no other things to note that could impact your stay.
