Los Boliches, near the beach

Located on a wide and quiet street in a residential area, a short walk from the beach and promenade (5 min.), with a wide range of leisure and gastronomy services. Its location allows you to quickly connect with the main accesses to the city by road, as well as benefit from the proximity of a RENFE Cercanías station (Los Boliches) and an urban BUS stop. The space This is a house where calm reigns, not only because it is on the highest floor of the building (third floor), but also because it is built in such a way that its walls do not adjoin the apartments located on the sides. In addition, the PVC (Kömmerling) closures and windows guarantee excellent acoustic and thermal insulation. It is therefore the perfect accommodation to enjoy the excitement of a sun and beach destination, without sacrificing tranquility and rest. All rooms are spacious and well laid out. Both the living-dining room and the kitchen (fully equipped), the bedroom (which includes a 160x200 cm bed) and the bathroom (which surprises with its wide and spacious shower). Other things to note In the vicinity of the house, there are numerous cafes and restaurants, as well as supermarkets (Mercadona and Super-Cor), Scandinavian shops, a greengrocer, and a pharmacy. In addition, next to the train station, there is the Los Boliches municipal market, which offers a wide variety of local products typical of the area's cuisine. There are also several gyms and physical therapy clinics nearby. And racket sports enthusiasts have the Los Boliches Padel Club. The house does not have parking, although it is possible to park in the area for free. In high season, it can be difficult to find street parking. The house does not have a balcony.
