We’re close to the village, where you’ll find great food, outdoor adventures, local pisco, and more. Unforgettable moments await! The space Our 250 m² house sits on a 2,600 m² property. We have spacious green areas, a pond, and a terrace with a spectacular view. The pool and BBQ area are perfect for social gatherings. There’s a play area with a trampoline, swings, a Little Tikes playhouse, "sapo" game, foosball, pool table, and parking for up to 6 cars. Guest access THE HOUSE The modern decor has a rustic touch and features a dreamy open kitchen equipped with various appliances (blender, food chopper, microwave, coffee maker, rice cooker, etc.), built-in gas stove and oven, range hood, and a side-by-side refrigerator. The dining and living areas comfortably accommodate all guests. We offer a 55-inch Smart TV, ENTEL Wi-Fi, board games, and books for your enjoyment. There are three spacious, airy bedrooms with closets, mosquito nets, and private bathrooms. Additionally, there’s a smaller room with a full-size bed and its own bathroom. We provide bed linens, blankets, toilet paper, and liquid soap. Other things to note OUR PHILOSOPHY We have a green heart. We use solar panels, a solar water heater, and a biodigester. We take advantage of natural light and ventilation. We recycle waste and plant residues. To avoid promoting deforestation, we don’t use fire pits or wood-burning fireplaces. We respect the local flora and fauna. We love pets as long as they don't damage plants, harm local animals, or disturb people. We value the peace and quiet of our area and rely on our guests to help preserve it. We encourage our guests to support the local economy by purchasing products made in Azpitia.
