Located directly across from the renowned Alexandra Headland beach, Surf Club, playground and skatepark, this apartment is in the perfect position for a fun-filled family holiday! Inside this apartment you will find 3 beautifully decorated bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a functional kitchen, and a dreamy living room overlooking the balcony and the expansive shared terrace with views of the turquoise ocean. The space Whether you choose to take up surfing, relax on the soft sands or hit the pavement along the scenic coastal walking paths - there is so much beauty to be explored! Perfectly positioned, this apartment has an array of cafes, restaurants and a surf club all within a short walking distance. Located on the second floor, the apartment enjoys pleasant sea breezes and oceanfront views from the vast communal terrace adjoining the balcony. As you enter through the front door, you will be greeted with a hallway which leads to a beautifully styled open-plan living, dining and kitchen area that is illuminated by natural light from the balcony. The living area features a three-seater and a 2.5-seater lounge, air-conditioning, plus a bean bag chair and a smart TV overlooking the balcony. The coastal contemporary living space further extends to a modern, fully stocked kitchen and a dining table with seating for four. The sliding doors open up to the balcony, featuring an outdoor table for six to serve up your family favourites and alfresco dine from the weber BBQ. Pack the bocce balls or kubbs set and challenge the family to game on the terrace area in the sunshine. At the end of the hallway is the freshly furnished master suite which features a comfortable king-sized bed, air-conditioning, a ceiling-fan, built-in wardrobe, and an ensuite with a shower and toilet. Across from the master is bedroom two with a queen-sized bed, a built-in wardrobe and ceiling fan. Ideal for families, the third and final bedroom consists of two single beds, a built-in wardrobe and ceiling fan. The modern main bathroom and laundry space adjoins bedroom three and is complete with a vanity, shower, separate toilet, washing machine and dryer. When you’ve had enough of the salt, sun and surf, head to the complex shared pool area adjacent to the terrace, which features a seating area with plenty of chairs to sit back and soak up the infamous Sunshine Coast weather. Open plan living/dining: Three seater & 2.5 seater sofa, bean bag chair, air-conditioning, smart TV, and a dining table with seating for four. Kitchen: A well-equipped kitchen stocked with an abundance of utensils and appliances. We have a Nespresso Delonghi and provide some capsules to get you started. Balcony: Enjoy alfresco dining on the outdoor table for six with a BBQ overlooking the expansive shared rooftop space where the kids can run and play while you enjoy an evening drink on the deck! The communal pool can also be accessed from right outside the balcony. Bedroom one (Master): King sized bed, AC unit, built-in-wardrobe, ceiling fan and ensuite. Ensuite: Vanity, toilet, and shower. Bedroom 2: Queen-sized bed, built-in-wardrobe and ceiling fan. Bedroom 3: 2 single beds, built-in-wardrobe and ceiling fan. Main bathroom: Vanity, shower and separate toilet. Laundry: Sink, top-loader washing machine and dryer. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment along with space to park a single car in the garage. This garage will fit a small-medium sized car. Any larger cars can be parked on the street or on the paddock behind the building complex. You will have shared access to the alfresco deck off the front patio and also access to the shared pool and complex gym. Other things to note *We DO NOT take schoolies bookings* *No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.) *This home is in a residential complex with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally. *Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
