The apartment, partially renovated at the end of 2021, is located on the second floor of a building with two elevators in the quiet Trieste district. It is a one-minute walk from the NOMENTANA station - line to Fiumicino Airport (55 minutes) and a five-minute walk from the metro B- LIBIA that leads quickly and without changes to the Colosseum and shopping streets. It consists of a living area, a double bedroom, a single bedroom with direct access to the terrace, a bathroom and a kitchen. The space Entering the house you access the living area, equipped with a sofa, smart TV and dining table, from which you can access the two bedrooms, the kitchen and the bathroom. All rooms are equipped with PVC windows that ensure maximum comfort and silence for guests. The apartment is equipped with central heating, kitchen kit (dishes, cutlery, etc.), electric oven, microwave, washing machine, refrigerator with freezer, hairdryer, shower gel, air conditioners, smart TV purchased in October 2023 to replace the old appliance which a guest had kindly reported malfunctioning, Wi-Fi internet connection. The neighborhood offers a wide variety of restaurants, pizzerias, cafes, 24-hour pharmacy, supermarkets and all sorts of shops for any need. Our previous guests have expressed great appreciation for the centrality of the neighborhood and the extreme convenience of connections to and from Tiburtina station, Fiumicino Airport, and the center of Rome.
