This cosy retreat is ideal for the single traveller or couple. Views are to the back of the property across to Arthurs Point but privacy is ensured with the lovely trees on the property. The space This is a 42 squared metre unit. It has a comfortable queen bed, sitting area & full kitchen as well as the light bathroom with shower. The unit is above the garage which is attached to our house but is noise insulated & private with a separate entrance. It is warm with both a heat pump & central heating. Guest access whole unit, accessed by own stairway . Other things to note Outside sitting area & BBQ is for the exclusive use of the unit's occupants
