You have arrived at a stunning eight-bedroom modern home spanning over 6,000 sqft in the picturesque Pocono Mountains. This home boasts a game room on the lower level equipped with a pool table, foosball table, and poker table for endless entertainment. After a long day, one can unwind and enjoy various entertainment options such as Disney Plus, Hulu, or ESPN in the cozy theater area. The bedroom and a full-size bathroom can also be found on the lower level. On the primary level of this residence, there is a sizable dining table with a high chair and an open-concept kitchen that boasts a double oven and a fully stocked array of kitchen equipment. For our young visitors, there is also a playroom, complete with toys, a futon, a playpen, and a television that includes subscriptions to Disney Plus, Hulu, Roku, and ESPN. Gates are provided to ensure additional safety. Additionally, a bedroom with two full-size beds and a full bathroom are located on this level. The living room features a spacious leather sofa and an extensive screen television that provides access to Disney Plus, Roku, Hulu, and ESPN subscriptions for our guests. On the third floor, there are four more bedrooms, which include a spacious master bedroom and a master bathroom with a soaking tub. Two of the bedrooms have queen-size beds, and one has a portable crib, while the last one has two bunk beds that are twin-sized. Additionally, there is a full-size bathroom on the third floor. There are two additional rooms available on the four floors for an extra fee. This beautiful dwelling is equipped with top-of-the-line facilities, including Wi-Fi, central A/C, heating, and a propane grill. It is located in a secure gated community that boasts three peaceful lakes, two alluring pools, a tranquil lake beach, and sports facilities featuring basketball, tennis, and volleyball courts. Most stores are just a quick 10-15 minute drive away, and the property is conveniently situated close to Route 80. The community can close the pools due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, such as a lack of lifeguards. We do not have control over that, although if we are aware of any issues, we immediately communicate them to our guests. Other things to note *Gated community *The speed limit must be followed *No fireworks within the community *An additional 4th floor/two additional rooms are available for an additional $350 fee. *Please be aware that all paperwork, including the community registration, water equipment waiver, and a copy of ID, must be submitted to the owner by 3 days prior to check-in. If this is not completed on time, guests will be responsible for covering the additional community fee for late registration. *Registration paperwork must be submitted at least three days before check-in to avoid a $150 late registration fee *Pets are $150 per pet *Please do the following before checking out to avoid any further cleaning fees: -Gather all trash & recycling and place them in the trash bins outside. -Please wash your dishes or place them in the dishwasher and run. -Make sure all windows and doors are locked and closed -Place all used towels in a pile by the shower or laundry room -No need to strip the beds! - Please inform us of any damages/stains, etc., as soon as possible - I would also appreciate any suggestions or recommendations to improve the property. -Ensure you have everything with you. There will be a $25 fee to ship any items, plus the cost of shipping. 💡 If you wish to book fewer nights than the required minimum (for example, 2 nights when a 3-night minimum applies), we may be able to accommodate your request based on availability. However, an additional charge equal to 50% of the nightly rate for each unbooked night required to meet the minimum stay will apply. 🔥 Hot Tub Rules: Please shower before entering the hot tub to help keep the water clean. Do not add soaps, oils, or other substances to the water. If the hot tub water requires replacement due to misuse, a $300 water replacement fee will apply. 🕒 Check-In & Check-Out Policy To ensure every guest enjoys a clean, fully prepared home, we kindly ask that the following times are respected: Standard Check-In: 5:00 PM Standard Check-Out: 10:00 AM These times allow our team to thoroughly clean, inspect the property, and prepare amenities such as the hot tub so everything is perfect for your stay. 🌅 Early Check-In (When Available) We’re happy to offer early check-in whenever our schedule allows.
