With an emphasis on comfort and style, the space features: - A private entrance allowing for easy access and complete privacy, making it perfect for a tranquil getaway. - Two beautifully decorated bedrooms with comfortable queen-sized beds, crisp linens, and ample closet space. - Two sparkling clean, fully-equipped bathrooms with toiletries, plush towels, and a hairdryer. - A fully functional kitchen with brand new appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and all the cooking essentials you need to whip up a delicious meal. - A bright and spacious living area, furnished with a comfortable sofa, a Smart TV (Netflix, Hulu, and more), and a dedicated work station for those who need to stay connected. - Blazing-fast Wi-Fi to ensure you stay connected throughout your stay. - Climate control with air conditioning and heating for your comfort. - In-unit laundry with a washer and dryer for your convenience. - Complimentary parking on the premise Guest access Entire ADU -Please note we have A FRONT HOUSE which shares same driveway only. ADU has private entrance and totally seperated by gates and fence -THE LOCATION ON PIN NOTE IS OUR OFFICE. The property is only 2’-3 minutes away Other things to note Street sweeping: 2nd and 4th Mon Trash pickup: every thursday House rules: 1. No smoking including vaping and any kinds of illicit drugs, no parties, or events allowed on the premises. 2. Please treat our home with respect and leave it in the same condition as when you arrived. Please be aware that any damages to the property may result in additional charges 3. Kindly note that an additional cleaning fee may be applied if the condition of the house requires extensive cleaning upon checkout. 4. Please be mindful of energy usage during your stay and turn off lights, appliances, air conditioning/heating, and any water faucets when you are not in the unit. Your cooperation in conserving energy and water resources is greatly appreciated 5. Please refrain from rearranging the furniture, and if you do, kindly return it to its original position before checking out. 6. No additional overnight guests beyond the confirmed reservation without prior approval. 7. No pet allowed 8. Please be mindful of our neighbors and keep noise levels down, especially after 10pm 9. Please park on your designated place as the driveway is shared with another unit. Please respect the other guests. 10. Ensure the security of your belongings, we recommend keeping your doors and windows locked when you're not present. Additionally, please avoid leaving valuable items unattended in common areas or visible from outside the property.
