This cozy one-bedroom apartment has incredible view and beautiful terrace where our guests enjoy spending most of their holiday. The apartment is located in the quiet area of Dobrota,just 3minutes walking to the beach and the sea area. The apartment doesn't have many reviews as we started renting in august 2023 and we were fully booked already but we assure you everything is the same as on the pictures. The apartment is located in the quiet area of Dobrota,just 3minutes walking to the beach and sea area sand just 10 minutes drive from the Old Town of Kotor. The supermarket ,bakery and children playground are 300 m distance from the apartment. In case of any additional questions we are here for you. The space The place is cozy furnished with light colors and all the amenities you might need during your holiday. The apartment is perfect for a couple, or friends looking for an accommodation allowing them to enjoy the sea and mountains from the comfort of their balcony as well from the living room and at the same time be near the sea area. As the apartment is 45 m2 air conditioning which is in the living room is more than enough to cool the entire apartment.There is high speed wi fi . TERRACE A beautiful Sea View terrace with a private outdoor dining area and incredible sea and mountain view as shown on the pictures.There are also sun lounges and bath towels if needed. LIVING ROOM The living room consists of a comfortable sofa,smartTV with international channels. The sofa can be transformed into a bed for one addition person. KITCHEN The kitchen is equipped with different appliances including a refrigerator, freezer, cooktop ,microwave in addition to other modern kitchen amenities such as a coffee machine. The kitchen also has a dining table with four chairs. BEDROOM The bedroom is equipped with a king size bed, a good mattress, blackout curtains, and nightstands. BATHROOM The bathroom includes a shower .there isn t a washing machine in the apartment itself but we live just downstairs and the guests may use our washing machine without any additional fees.Washing powder will be provided by us. Towels and toiletries will be provided. LOCATION The place is located in a quiet area of Dobrota . To get to Old Town Kotor it’s a 10 min drive. This part of the town is the sunniest one and during July and August the sun shines until 8 pm in the evening. PARKING The Apartment has its own free private parking spot in front of the house.
