[Regarding the use of billiards (table tennis)] * Depending on whether you use a billiard or a table tennis table, you may need a set. Billiards: If the set is in the ping pong table, please stand on the side wall for use. Ping pong table: If the set is in a billiard, please use the table tennis table that stands on the wall. [No smoking inside] The room will be a completely non-smoking. If smoking is detected in the room, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. Other things to note 1. Check-in is between 3: 00 and 6: 00.Please be sure to contact us ahead of time if it will be after 6: 00. 2. We do not allow guests to enter the room.If there are other guests entering the room, we will charge an additional fee regardless of whether you stayed or not. 3. If the dishes and utensils used are left without washing, we will charge a separate cleaning fee. 4. We provide cooking utensils, dishes, pots and pans, but there are no seasonings such as salt and pepper, so please bring your own. 5. Hair dyeing is not allowed in the room.Cleaning fees will be charged separately as soon as they are discovered. 6. Parking is available for up to one regular car.Be sure to park in the asphalt paved parking on the premises. 7. If you don't have an address in Japan, send photos of the passports of all guests before check-in. 8. There is no host at the facility.The key to the room will be sent on the day of check-in and the cancellation number will be included in the email.The room has an entrance on the 1st floor of the building, and there is a dial lock type lockbox on the wall to the left of the entrance, so you will take the key from there and enter the room.Your room will be 2F. * How to unlock the dial key box will be emailed on the day of your stay. 9.
