Second vehicles can be accommodated based on availability. Parking access: Sophari Towers consists of two towers — South and North. The parking garage is located underneath both with separate entrances. Guests with parking will receive two key fobs: one for the garage gate and one for building amenities including the elevator, gym, leasing office, and pool. One-hour free parking is available near the center of the garage stairwell for additional short-term needs. Key & fob replacement: Lost fobs incur a $200 replacement fee per fob and $50 per key, plus a $50 inconvenience fee if not reported promptly. Ticketing & towing: We are not responsible for tickets or towing fees resulting from parking in unauthorized spaces. Arrival tip: Checking in after 5:00 PM can be darker and more challenging to navigate. We encourage you to review the parking photos and check Maps ahead of time for a smooth arrival — especially during busy periods in downtown Bellevue.
