It is fully equipped, and the views are unbeatable, very green, looking directly at the treetops of Av Amsterdam. The location is unbeatable, on one of the most beautiful avenues in Mexico City, between Mexico and Spain parks (one block from each park). The space The apartment is located on the 6th floor of a total of 7 floors. There is an elevator as well as stairs to access it. The building is on Av. Amsterdam, which is one of the most beautiful, green, and emblematic streets in La Condesa and Mexico City. It is located right between Parque México and Parque España, and a 20-minute walk from the forest of Chapultepec. The apartment is fully equipped to make you feel at home. Savor any coffee for free and unlimited with just 1 button on the super-automatic coffee maker. 2 of the bedrooms have a green view towards the trees of Av. Amsterdam. These 2 bedrooms share a bathroom, which can be accessed from inside each room. The third bedroom has its own private bathroom, and the view is towards the building's inner courtyard. In addition to the private full bathroom that this bedroom has (inside the bedroom), and the full bathroom that the other 2 bedrooms share, there is a half bathroom for use by the entire apartment. The apartment has high-speed WiFi (the actual speed in the rooms is between 50Mbs and 100 Mbs). All bedrooms have a smart TV, 2 of them have a 55-inch Samsung The Frame model smart TV, which can be used as a frame for photos and artwork or to display different gadgets.
