Over in the guest cottage there is a main level master bedroom with a king bed, full bathroom, and a secret garden area for a moment of peace. The upstairs guest room has a queen bed with private bath/shower. In the loft there are two daybeds each with trundles. Entire house and property! The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $3,000 for content and $3,000 for dwelling. Any deductible, minimum claim amount , or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and PMI Palmetto will process the payment using the form of payment on file for the Guest.
