Atypical house with pool

This authentic stone and wood accommodation, in the heart of a peaceful hamlet, offers a relaxing stay with family or friends. With the air of a chalet, in a country setting, while being in an environmentally friendly accommodation, come and enjoy the house and its exteriors throughout your vacations. The space Welcome to our ecological house (insulation with wood wool, solar panel, pellet stove, ...)! A house built by the hands (and the little hands that make up the family) and the care of Olivier, after his reconversion in 2020 in the carpentry. The house is freshly finished. We decided to open its doors to you. :D You will find a fully equipped kitchen, cosy bedrooms with storage spaces, a bathroom with bathtub, two toilets, a mezzanine with a net, reading corners and board games for children and adults, a parental space with an Italian shower, a spacious living room that opens onto the terrace and a garden to enjoy a barbecue, hammock, Mölkky ;) or simply the heated pool. Guest access Everything has been designed to make you feel like you are in a relaxing space to spend a good vacation with your family or friends. All our rooms as well as our laundry room and cleaning products will also be accessible. Linen and basic condiments are provided. We will free up space in our closets for you, asking you to take care of our personal belongings of course. Other things to note You can also meet our cat Nissa, the housekeeper, who will ask you for some kibble on occasion. There is room to park three cars. The house is located in the countryside but still close to the shops. By car, the house is at : - 2 min from the center of the town (super U, bakery, tobacco, ...) - 10 min from Atlantis (large commercial area) - 25 min from downtown Nantes (where you can discover or rediscover the "Voyage à Nantes") - 40 min from Saint-Nazaire - 40 min from the beaches (la Baule, Pornic, Pornichet, la Mine d'Or, ...) - 1 hour from the Puy du Fou You are the only one left to fill and make this place live. :) If you have any questions, do not hesitate !
