Cozy up on the couch, that so happens to be a queen sleeper, and veg out with the smart TV. Extending through the space is a quaint dining area that further carries you to the well-appointed kitchen with custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances and an impressive island. Tucked in from the main living quarters you will find two bedrooms (a queen bed each) and one bathroom, that allows the perfect level of functionality and privacy for everyone. The private balcony expands the overall living spaces, where you can soak in the views in the 2 person private hot tub. Parking: There is one designated underground parking spot for this unit. Visitor parking is on a first-come-first-serve basis. Please note, trailer and RV parking is strictly prohibited in the complex. Bike Storage: There are two secure bike storage spots available. You will need to bring your own lock. We are not liable for lost or stolen items. *Please note that as this unit is located in a multi-phase development, there is ongoing construction in the complex. This is limited to across the street, as well as some minor construction in the retail spaces on the main floor.
