I live in NJ close to my parents, and my sister lives in Tallahassee. To make it easier for my parents (who are separated) to see my sister and their grandchildren, I surprised them with the keys to a "his and her" condo in the same complex. You won't find an Airbnb in the area with more abundant amenities because I wanted to give my parents the home away from home they have always dreamed of. If the listing is available, my family isn't in town, and so this beautiful condo is available to use!. The space Welcome to our family's beautifully renovated 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo! Thoughtfully furnished for your comfort, each bedroom conveniently features its own private full bathroom. The layout includes one bedroom on the first floor and two additional bedrooms upstairs on the second floor. Enjoy relaxing evenings gathered around the large Smart TV in the living room. Additional Smart TVs are also provided in the first-floor bedroom and one of the second-floor bedrooms for your convenience. During your stay, you'll have full access to wonderful community amenities including a pool, jacuzzi, and fitness center. The hours are from 6:00 AM - 11:00 PM. Check-in details will be sent to you 24 hours prior to your arrival to ensure a smooth and easy entry. Our condo is a cherished family space, and we kindly ask that all guests respect the peaceful atmosphere of the community. If you're planning to host gatherings or parties, our home will unfortunately not be the right fit. Other things to note Our condo is conveniently located just 5 miles (10-minute drive) from FSU—close enough for easy access, yet comfortably removed from the college hustle, creating a relaxing, family-friendly atmosphere. You'll also find grocery options like Publix nearby, and Whole Foods is just a quick 15-minute drive away. The area boasts a variety of restaurants, shopping venues, beautiful parks—including some with pickleball courts—and much more for you to enjoy!
