Step into a piece of lake history. LaLucia is housed in a 19th-century building in the heart of Argegno, an authentic village on the western shore of Lake Como. Completely renovated and furnished with design elements, just steps from the pier, the main square with bars and restaurants, and the lido with pool. Parking tickets included. The space LaLucia offers 54 m² redesigned to blend the historic character of the building with contemporary comfort. Every detail has been carefully chosen — from the materials to the quality of the linen. The living area features a fully equipped open-plan island kitchen — dishwasher, combined oven (traditional and microwave), induction hob, fridge with freezer, kettle, toaster — alongside a dining area with a round glass table and a relaxation area with sofa and footrest. The bedroom has a TV and internal window shutters for complete rest. The bathroom is spacious, with a generous shower. Private entrance with smartlock: your own door, your own pace. Children are welcome. The apartment is not equipped for infants under 2 years (no cot, no highchair). For older children, the sofa bed can be set up. Guest access The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests. Once you have parked your car, LaLucia is easy to reach: go up the stairs next to Bar Motta, or turn left at the small square with the fountain. The access PIN is valid from 3 pm on check-in day until 10 am on check-out day. Access is reserved for registered guests only. Parties and events are not permitted. ⚠️ Attention! On Monday mornings, Piazza Conti Persini is occupied by the weekly market and parking is not allowed. You will find all practical details in the messaging before your arrival. The tickets are valid in the port and church car parks, both convenient and close to the apartment. We are a 5-minute walk from the Argegno–Pigra cable car, the starting point for panoramic hikes in the Lake Como mountains. The Greenway del Lago — one of Italy’s most beautiful lakeside walking paths — is reachable on foot. Ferries and buses connect Argegno to the entire lake within minutes.
