The space The house is an old farmhouse, typical of this part of the island, with 50 cm thick walls and six rooms. Most of the rooms are directly accessible from the large patio through fixed doors and mosquito screen doors. Bedroom 1 also has a direct connecting door to the bathroom. Bedroom 2 is accessed from the kitchen and dining room and has its own small patio (see floor plan image). The large patio has a seating area with 4 armchairs and a dining table with a parasol, two beach loungers, a large brick sunbathing area and an additional movable parasol. Guest access The house is situated on a larger plot and consists of two residential units: the old renovated part offered in this ad (ideal for 2-4 people) and a 1-bedroom apartment for 2 people offered in a separate ad becomes. Both parts are separated from each other by a small patio, where a connecting door can be opened when both parts are booked together, to obtain accommodation for up to 6 people. The pool is about 50 m away on the neighboring property, where the owner of the accommodation offered here lives. The pool is available to house guests; it is also used only occasionally by the owners. Other things to note Yaiza can be reached via public bus connections from the airport, the capital, etc. The bus stop is 450 meters from the property.
