The Offshore is a newly built, airy and clean one bedroom apartment above a modern carriage house fully stocked with all of the comforts of home. The apartment is centrally located and serves as an ideal landing spot for a southern Rhode Island getaway. You have the option to take the bike path to many beaches and Narragansett Pier or walk two blocks to Main Street Wakefield for a morning coffee at Caf Bar, Phils or South Country Bread Company and post beach ice cream at Brickley's. The space Apartment is located above a stand alone garage with a full kitchen, one bedroom with a workspace, living room, large bathroom and a patio for outdoor dining. The space features prints from local photographer. You will have the entire apartment for your use but you will not have access to the garage. . There is off street parking for one car. Guest access Located in a quiet neighborhood filled with updated historic homes. Location is two blocks to food, bars, grocery store, parks, and the beach. Rent bikes from bike shop one block away so you can enjoy the bike path which you can access across the street and ride to URI or the beach! Off street parking is available for one car. Other things to note Linens include beach towels. We are sorry we cannot host pets at this time, no exceptions. In addition to being professionally cleaned and sanitized between each stay, the home is stocked with sanitizing wipes, spray, and other cleaning necessities for your comfort.
