We have more than 20 year's Experience hosting in our property students and professionals, who come to Berkeley for the purpose of study and research.  Our main objetive is to provide our guests with comfort and a pleasant stay. The space DESCRIPTION  ROOMS: Our rooms are private fully furnished the same contains hard wood floors and carpeted. each room, has 1 bed, tabletop desk, desk chair, closet, windows whit blinds or curtains, heater and more. KITCHEN: Completely equipped whit stove and implements : includes oven , micro waves, refrigerator, covers and utensils. BATHROOMS: Shared bathroom ( 2 people ) contains shower whit cold and hot water. LOCATION: Our property is very centrally located, only 1 to 2 minutes walking to supermarket ,pharmacy , restaurants, Buss and Bart transportation . 5 to 10 minutes walking distance to gym, laundry,hospitals, theatre and shopping. 15 minutes walking to the center of the city of Berkeley and to the university campus. Guest access COMMON AREAS: ( Shared whit our guests) Living rooms, each quaintly decorated, to give you an adequate atmosphere to relax the same contains cable tv, two garden terraces so that our guests can enjoy a relaxed time, taking the te, reading or shearing conversation with other guests.
