Guest access At Villa Estelia, guests have access to all areas of the property, and a private pathway leads directly to the beach, allowing you to make the most of your beachfront experience. We recommend being cautious with valuables in common areas, as it's a tourist area. The property is secured by a fence, and common areas are monitored by security cameras (none pointed at the pool or private areas). Other things to note Our beachfront home, Villa Estelia, holds a special place in our family's heart, and we want to share the unique energy of this place with you. It's a place where memories are created and cherished. Nature is a significant part of our experience, and we encourage you to take advantage of the proximity to the sea, spending unforgettable days playing on the beach or simply admiring the incredible sunsets. At night we have monkeys and raccoons walking on the roof, do not be alarmed, nature is their home, they will not harm you, just take your proper distance. Please note that our property is non-smoking, no pets are allowed, and we strictly prohibit the use of drugs on the premises. Parties or events are not permitted within the property. We have a golf cart available for rent at $50 per day.
