No parties! No smoking of any kind. Please remember that removal of smoke detectors is illegal. Loud music, excessive rowdiness, excessive drinking, smoking, etc. will result in a $1,000 party fine. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. 4. Be respectful! When using outdoor areas (patio, bbq) and other provided amenities, please clean up after yourself so the next guests can enjoy them as well.  If something is wrong, low, or out, please let us know so we can fix it. 5.
