Located only 30 mins north of Parry sound This cottage is located on a quiet part of the lake (Hamiltons Bay) Jump off the dock for a swim or just take in the sun and relax. At night enjoy our screened in muskoka room while watching the sunset. Roast your marshmallow and make some memories with the family. If a work/relaxation vacation is what you are looking for we are equipped with a strong wifi signal The space This newly built (2021) cottage was built with the idea “if I lived here “ so it’s just that. A place to relax and call home for a few days or a week. This 4 season cottage has all the amenities that you can think of. In-floor heating through out the lower level. Even every room as a view of the lake. What better way to wake up on your holidays. Whitestone lake is located 30 mins north east of Parry Sound if you are needed supplies but if its the little things you need you can find them at our locate Duck Rock and of course every small town host an LCBO. And make note Duck Rock has an ice cream shop located beside them serving up Karwartha dairy ice cream. The primary bedroom host its own ensuite and located on the main level. Ensuite offers a double vanity for extra comfort. The other 3 rooms are located on the lower level which is a walk out to the water. The 3 piece washroom on the lower level offers double vanity as well as a separate area for toilet and shower. Allowing multiple people to use this space at the same time. We can’t forget about hot water on demand. Hosting a large number of people everyone wants a hot shower, no cold showers at this place. If fishing is what you are into well you have come to the right place. Just down our bay is the place the everyone comes to to get the best fishing on the lake. Have your own Seadoo or boat bring them along. Our dock is able to host all the water toys. We have two launch ramps available on our lake. One at the Marina the other is a public one and plenty of room to park the trailer up by our garage. If you are looking to rent a boat or Seadoo during your stay you can always contact Whitestone Marina. The cottage has an upper and lower entertain space. So if the kids want to head downstairs and make some noice why the parents relax, we offer that as well. This cottage isn’t only about summer fun. Are you into the winter activities ? Looking to get away with the boys and hit the trails ! Plenty of room to park your snowmobiles and access to the lake then off to the trails is just within reach. Or maybe the ladies are looking for a little “girl time “ take in some snowshoeing and coming back for cheese and wine. This cottage is all about making memories and enjoying family/ friend time. Raining outside no need to stay inside relax our screened in Muskoka room just off of the living room. Although we love the summer, sleeping in those humid summer nights does not make for a good sleep. That’s why this cottage is equipped with central air. SO PLEASE KEEP THE WINDOWS CLOSED The screened in Muskoka room offers plenty of seating as well as a fire table ( propane supplied )for roasting those marshmallows. The kitchen offers a large island with seating for 4 as well as the large kitchen table which seats 8 comfortably You will find a smoker for all your outdoor cooking located in the Muskoka room. (Pellets included ) Ceiling fans in master bedroom as well as main living space 2 tv both with fire sticks Wifi available (password is provided when checked in) 2 piece washroom located on main level with washer/dryer unit within that space. Kitchen offers 2 sinks large and prep sink but who needs to do dishes cause we also offer a dishwasher. Although we don’t have a designated work space. Our cottage does have a strong wifi signal. So working from the cottage is possible Guest access Guest have full use of the cottage. Minus the maintenance and storage area (you will find life jackets and water noodles here Other things to note **NO PARTIES ALLOWED** **NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND INSIDE THE COTTAGE** *** WE ASK THAT GUEST KEEP NOICE TO TALKING LEVEL AFTER 10pm.
