Hello and welcome to our space. we are striving to make it kid friendly as well as a nice place to chill out with your fam or cook a great meal together!! The cooking can be done inside with a spacious kitchen AND out side with a nice patio and spacious yard for outdoor activity. The Studio Style living space comfortably sleeps three adults with a queen size bed, a reclining chair and an overstuffed couch. There are a few places that can accommodate toddlers and elementary age children as well. The space When arriving to the space you will pull into a gravel driveway the white entrance door is located from the patio. 3 stairs must be climbed to enter the space through the kitchen that is the upper level which also includes laundry room and bathroom. The studio style bedroom and living space is then on ground level which takes four stairs to access it. Other things to note -We will consider pets with a previous notice and pet deposit. -We will consider Elementary aged slumber parties or kid birthday parties with advanced notice at a pre-negotiated rate. -Potential face painting available for such events if available and at pre-negotiated price.
