The space The Borgo Marciano B&B offers a cozy breakfast room/kitchen that is always open for guests, shared with two other rooms. The property has three rooms in total. Guests can enjoy a large garden with a picnic area, a solarium with sun loungers, and a swimming pool with a hot and cold shower. Outside, the private parking lot is located in front of the house. The property is located in a historic village, surrounded by countryside and hills, just a 15-minute drive from the nearest amenities and 25 minutes from the beach. The area is renowned for its Ligurian olive groves and vineyards, perfect for CAI walks and close to the waterfalls. The use of a car is recommended to explore the surroundings. Guest access The property offers a shared kitchen/breakfast room with other guests, where you can prepare snacks and heat food in the microwave. Breakfast is Italian and self-service, available every morning in the shared kitchen. Guests can use the refrigerator and freezer to store food. The swimming pool, solarium, picnic area and barbecue are accessible to all guests, creating a convivial and relaxing environment. Please note that there are no TVs in the rooms and air conditioning is not available, but each room is equipped with a fan for guest comfort.
