Kaia Home Elyu 2: Two mins to Urbiztondo San Juan

A nordic minimalist 1 bedroom unit that is only 2-minutes drive to Urbiztondo, San Juan's surfing spots, restaurants, cafés, bars and other famous establishments. With own private CR, high speed wifi (255-300mbps), TV w/ Netflix and free parking. If you want a more peaceful visit to the beach, there is also a less populated area which is only 5 minutes walk via access path from the BNB. No environmental fees collected. We understand that accidents happen at times. Please let us know if this happens so we can help fix them. Guests will be liable for property damage. Any damages caused will incur charges. • check-in/check-out check-in time is 2pm and check-out is 12nn. we allow early check-ins and late check-outs for a fee (php 200 per hour). but if the unit is fully-booked, guests need to strictly follow the check-in and check-out times. • we do not provide hotel-like services as this is a transient home. Bell service is not available. • before checking out, thoroughly check the property for personal items. The host cannot guarantee recovery or return of any items left behind and will not be held responsible. If items are found and the guest wishes them to be returned, a handling fee of 500 pesos will be applied, along with any additional costs, including shipping fees. • number of guests the base price is only good for two, but we allow up to four guests in the unit for a fee (additional php 500 per head. we will provide an extra mattress, pillow, blanket, towel, and complimentary coffee for the extra guest/s. • no unregistered guests allowed only registered guests are allowed in the unit. guests are not allowed to exceed the total number of people they booked. • long term stays for long term stays (ex. two weeks), we will change your beddings every three days. • private kitchenette, bath, and balcony in this unit, you will have your own kitchenette, toilet and bath, and a private balcony overlooking the beach. • location the unit is only a 2-minute drive to san juan's surfing spots, restaurants, cafes, bars, and other famous establishments. if you want a more peaceful visit to the beach, there is also a less populated area which is only a few minutes walk from the bnb. • transportation all kinds of land transportation are available just outside the building (buses, jeepneys, tricycles) • parking for guests with cars, a reserved gated parking space is available. please park responsibly and follow the parking lines - the management will not be responsible for any damage to vehicles. • laundry and convenience stores there are a lot of laundry shops and sari-sari stores nearby, the closest one is only a few steps away. there is also a 7/11 nearby, just a 2-minute drive from the bnb. • no smoking smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises under any circumstances. if you need to smoke, please go outside. • pets allowed Only small breed pets are allowed. max of 2 pets per room and needs to be registered during booking. • noise curfew please tone down the noise between 10pm to 7am to avoid disturbance. • eating is allowed inside the unit but kindly dispose of garbage properly as we have provided trash bins inside and outside the unit. Remember to clean as you go. • security camera/cctv a friendly reminder/disclosure that we do have a security camera placed at the entrance of the unit for security purposes. • rebooking and refunds Before you book, make sure that your dates are final as reservation fees are non-refundable. Changing of dates after booking is also not allowed, since we will already hold the dates for you, and will no longer entertain any inquiries on your booked dates.
