Welcome to Kalgaw La Union, your serene vacation retreat in San Juan, La Union. Our minimalist loft villas blend Japanese and Scandinavian design, offering a tranquil stay just 15-20 minutes from the beach. The space Loft 1&2 can accommodate up to 12 pax NOTE : RATE POSTED IS FOR 6 PAX. WE CHARGE 800PHP FOR EACH ADDITIONAL PAX. Amenities: 1 queen-sized bed 2 double-sized beds 3 single/sofa beds Extra floor mattress Air conditioner and fan Kitchen with Refrigerator, Rice cooker & Microwave Oven Basic cookwares and condiments Hot & Cold water dispenser Smart TV WiFi Toilet & Bath with heater Common Pool Open Wardrobe Bath towels & toiletries Other things to note To guarantee a pleasant experience during your stay, we kindly ask for your cooperation in observing the following guidelines, which establish a common understanding between guests and Kalgaw La Union. 1) ACCOMMODATION: Check-in time starts at 2PM, while check-out time is on or before 11AM. Extensions are only allowed if late check-out has been approved, and will be subject to additional charges of 1oo0php per 15-minute extension after 11AM. If you need to check out earlier than 11AM, kindly inform us in advance so we can assist you. Extension for the next day will depend on availability. 2) NOISE MODERATION: The designated quiet hours in the villas are from 8PM to 8AM. It is important to refrain from disrupting the peaceful environment of the villa complex out of respect for other guests staying in neighboring villas. This includes avoiding loud noises, playing loud music, or hosting unruly house parties. If you return to the premises after a night out, please do so quietly to prevent any disturbances. 3) STRICT LIMIT ON GUESTS: Only the number of guests specified during the booking process will be permitted to check-in. NO ADDITIONAL VISITORS OR OUTSIDE GUESTS ARE ALLOWED, Failure to accurately disclose the total number of guests will be reported to the management and may result in forfeiture of the booking, We retain the right to decline entry to guests who exceed the agreed-upon number of guests. 4) STRICT NO SMOKING & ILLEGAL DRUGS POLICY: Smoking is strictly prohibited in the villas/rooms at all times. Any violation will result in a 5000php fine. Additionally, the use of illegal drugs and firearms is strictly prohibited on the premises. 5) POOL CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE: The scheduled time for pool maintenance is from 7:30 to 8:00 AM. Prior to pool and deck cleaning/maintenance, our housekeeping team will communicate with the guests. 6) WATER AND ELECTRICITY CONSERVATION: We kindly request guests to be mindful of water and electricity usage during their stay and make efforts to conserve resources. 7) COOKING: Guests are welcome to use the kitchen for LIGHT COOKING during their stay. The villas are equipped with kitchen utensils for their use. 8) DAMAGES: Please ensure that all amenities and the villa are treated with care and respect. Guests will be held liable for any property damage. Moving of furniture and appliances is strictly prohibited. 9) CLEANLINESS: While we thoroughly clean the villa between stays, we kindly request guests to maintain cleanliness during their stay and clean up after themselves prior to departure. ALWAYS CLEAN AS YOU GO. 10) GARBAGE: To prevent attracting pests, please refrain from leaving any food outside and dispose of trash properly in designated bins. 11) SAFETY: For the security of everyone, it is advised to always ensure that doors and gates are closed, especially when leaving the premises. Please keep valuables secure at all times. The management is not liable for any loss of personal property. 12) MOSQUITOES/INSECTS: To avoid mosquitoes, bugs, and insects from entering, please keep doors and window panels closed at all times 13) SWIMMING POOL: Please note that the pool is a shared facility, accessible to guests staying in both loft villas. However, the family villa has its own private pool for guests to enjoy. Children must be supervised at all times when using the pool. Guests are fully responsible for any injuries, losses, and/or deaths incurred by themselves or anyone under their responsibility. 14) BEACH: The beach is just a short 15-minute drive from the property. We kindly ask guests to remove all sand from their bodies before using the pool to maintain its cleanliness, 15) PETS: We welcome pets to stay with their owners in our villas, as long as guests are responsible fur parents. Please note that guests must bring their own pet beds for their furry friends. Also, we request not to leave pets inside the villas when you plan to stroll around. Make sure all pet waste is disposed properly to ensure the cleanliness of the villas. For safety reasons, pets are not allowed in the pool area. 16) NO HOUSE PARTIES/NO HARD DRINKING: Hosting parties that result in extra cleaning will incur additional charges. In case of disruptions to other guests/neighbors, guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund. Outside visitors are not allowed entry. 17) KEYS: Kindly return the keys upon check-out. Lost keys will be charged at 1000php per piece. 18) REGISTERED NAMES AND DETAILS: Please provide the names and ages of all persons staying at the villa upon booking. Only the number of registered guests will be allowed to check-in. Changes in guest details are subject to approval. 19) CCTV: For added security, CCTV cameras are installed at the reception and in some outdoor areas of the property. 20) PARKING: Each villa is limited to 1 (one) parking slot. Additional cars (up to 1 per booking) are subject to approval. 21) NO LATE CHECK-OUT: Extensions for late check-out are subject to approval and will incur a charge of 1000php per 15 minutes after 11AM. If the guest is not present during check-out, the management/staff reserve the right to remove belongings and store them until claimed to prepare for the next guests.
