Nestled in the heart of the Tours countryside, 6 km from Loches and 35 km from Tours, this large family gite welcomes 11 people with comfort and charm. You will have an exceptional environment with a 6-hectare park, swimming pool (June to September) and tennis. It's the perfect vacation spot for 1 or 2 families. The space This large house is the outbuilding of a small manor with park, the owner's secondary residence. Outdoor facilities (swimming pool, tennis) are shared when the owner is present. On the ground floor you will find two large rooms, one with sofas and fireplace, the second with seating area and fireplace, TV (Orange box channels) and dining room with table that seats 12 people. In the kitchen: 2 fridge-freezers, electric oven, microwave, classic coffee maker, kettle, toaster. You will have 6 bedrooms upstairs, each with its own bathroom: - Bedroom 1: 2 beds 90 x 200 with wardrobe, desk, bathroom (bath, toilet, sink, shower) - Bedroom 2: 1 bed 140 x 190 with wardrobe, bathroom (bath, sink) - bedroom 3: 2 beds 90 x 190 with desk, bathroom (toilet, sink) - bedroom 4: 2 beds 90 x 190 with bathroom (shower, toilet, sink) - bedroom 5: 2 beds 90 x 200 that can be joined into a double bed, bathroom (shower, sink, toilet) - bedroom 6: 1 bed 140 x 190, with bathroom (bath, sink, toilet) In the laundry room on the 1st floor: washing machine and dryer, drying rack, ironing board and iron. A private outdoor area is at your disposal with garden furniture, parasol, Weber charcoal barbecue, deckchairs. Baby equipment available: 2 high chairs, 1 baby bed and 1 crib, 1 changing table Free Wi-Fi by ADSL. Parties and bachelor/hen parties are strictly forbidden. Guest access The outdoor swimming pool (dimensions 5 x 10 m) is not heated and accessible only from June to September. It is secured by a barrier. You can use the tennis court, basketball court (rackets and balls are not provided.) Secure private parking for up to 5 cars. Other things to note Bed and bath linens are not included. You can bring your own or order it at least 7 days before your arrival (€15/bed - €5/person for towels, beds not made on arrival) A copy of your resort insurance will be requested.
