Our cottage, CAL CASSERILLE, accommodates up to 16 people + 2 babies, in the historic village of Les Angles, less than a 5-minute walk from the slopes and hiking trails. This 18th century property combines charm of the original building and comfort, for a perfect stay. Perched on the edge of the village, it offers absolute calm and stunning views of Lake Matemale and the mountains. On clear nights, you can witness the beautiful celestial vault that gave its name to the cul-de-sac! The space CAL CASSERILLE is composed of a main house and 1 of the 2 duplexes converted from the old barn, with a south-facing garden with swing and deckchairs, 2 furnished terraces facing south with mountain and lake views, 2 free parking spaces, a shared secure courtyard offering an ideal play area for children, a shared barbecue and gas plancha. A SECOND DUPLEX IS AVAILABLE TO ACCOMMODATE UP TO 6 MORE PEOPLE, SO YOU CAN HAVE THE ENTIRE FARM JUST FOR YOURSELF! QUOTE ON REQUEST. The main HOUSE, classified as a 4-star furnished tourist property, sleeps up to 10 adults and 1 infant and has: Basement: - a toilet - a ski and bike room - a laundry room with washer and dryer and a large refrigerator with freezer On the ground floor: - a very nice lounge area and desk table with 2 sofas, flat screen TV and free Netflix - a dining room so that the 16 tenants can eat together if they wish, with 3 tables to accommodate up to 18 guests (high chair available on request in the baby kit) - a fully equipped kitchen (complete tableware for 16 guests) with dishwasher, gas hob, oven, small refrigerator, pantry, raclette and fondue set, babycook, food processor... On the 1st floor: - one bedroom with a queen-size double bed (160X200) and en-suite shower room-WC - one bedroom with double bed (140X190) and adjoining shower room-WC On the second floor: - a large bedroom with a large queen-size double bed (160 X 200) and a sofa that transforms into two pull-out beds (90 X 190), possibility on request to add a baby bed (baby kit including, for €20 flat rate for the stay: 1 high chair, 1 baby bath, 1 umbrella bed with mattress, bedding and bed linen as well as a toilet reducer) - one bedroom with 2 single beds and desk - a shower room with toilet THE DUPLEX ADJACENT TO THE HOUSE, classified as 3-star furnished tourist accommodation, can accommodate up to 6 adults and an infant and has: In the DRC: - a living room with 2 sofas, TV with DVD and free Netflix - a fully equipped kitchen, with raclette and fondue service, washing machine, dishwasher, oven and fridge-freezer Upstairs: - one bedroom double bed (140 X 190) (new bedding) - a large bedroom with two bunk beds and the possibility of adding a baby bed (baby kit including, for €20 flat rate for the stay: 1 high chair, 1 baby bath, 1 umbrella bed with mattress, bedding and bed linen as well as a toilet reducer) - a mezzanine bedroom accessible from the second bedroom by a Japanese staircase, comprising 2 single beds. - a shower-washbasin-toilet room In the courtyard: - A closed room for skis and bikes with 1 additional private small refrigerator and a dryer shared with the 2nd duplex. IMPORTANT NOTES: - A security deposit of €900 will be required upon arrival and will be returned upon departure after the inventory - Housekeeping will be systematically done upon your departure by our on-site partner, but it is not included in this price. It will be paid directly to our partner, who is responsible for it upon arrival. (This service does not go through us) The price is €130 for stays up to 3 nights and €210 for stays of 4 nights or more. - Linens (fitted sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, bathroom towels) are not included. It can be provided upon request for an additional fee of €20 per person for the entire stay (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Pillows, duvets, extra blankets, bath mats, dish towels, and hand towels are provided free of charge. - Additional option beds made on arrival: €10/bed (request and payment to be made with our partner on site) - 2 baby kits available on request (€20 per kit for the entire stay, to be paid to our partner on site) - Contents of each kit: 1 high chair, 1 baby bath, 1 cot with mattress, bedding and bed linen as well as a toilet reducer) - Free Wi-Fi + Netflix, the accommodation is equipped with fiber - No pets allowed and no smoking inside the accommodation Guest access Guests will have access to the entire accommodation (10-bed house + 6-bed duplex). A second duplex can be rented to another family during the stay. Guests can also rent it in addition. Only a small storage space in the basement and 3 linen storage cabinets are locked and reserved for cleaning teams) All the rest of the equipment is available to make your stay pleasant. An accurate inventory is carried out at each rental, and any damage may be deducted from your security deposit, and any theft or damage may be subject to prosecution. Other things to note CAUTION: - The price indicated by Airbnb is only valid for up to 16 guests (the house for 10 + 1 duplex for 6). It is possible, upon request, to add the second duplex and thus accommodate up to 22 guests. - The price shown does not include the end-of-stay cleaning (mandatory) or linens (optional): .
