BRAND NEW, beautifully styled with attention to every detail, vacation suite. Suite Clara is next door to Lucius Woods County Park & Lake St. Croix in Solon Springs. Campground, amphitheater, hiking trails, playground and a well kept expansive beach at your fingertips. Outdoor living spaces & entertainment are an added bonus! Book the whole house and sleep 8+, or book Suite Evelyn or Clara individually to sleep 4. Either way, you won’t be disappointed! The space Suite Clara- A graphite sided house with two connected suites. The exterior boasts black Anderson windows and cedar accents on the porch and decks. Open the door to an open concept floor plan, a living room with a sofa sleeper for 2 (memory foam mattress), a fully loaded kitchen, a separate dining area and a stocked coffee bar with a Keurig. The living room has a comfortable vintage pull out couch with a thick memory foam full mattress. If desired, a floor memory mattress is available upon request. The bathroom is all customized and has a walk-in shower. It is stocked with the necessities (shampoo, conditioner, hand wash, toilet paper, Kleenex, and extra self care items for anyone that may forget something. Plush towels and two bathrobes are provided. The moody master bedroom is cozy and romantic. Luxury linens and goose down pillows are overflowing on the queen bed. Dimming light fixtures and sconces with remote capabilities. There is a back deck with outdoor seating for lounging overlooking the large back yard. Yard games provided are sure to be a hit! A fire ring for staying cozy at night and to roast the perfect marshmallow for your s’more. A BBQ area on a concrete slab with a propane grill and grilling tools. 2, one person kayaks and 2 pontoons available for rent. We deliver the pontoons to the public landing one mile down the road. If you would like to venture to a different lake, just let us know. We are happy to accommodate our guests. It will be in the water and ready for you to jump in and go. The kayaks can be transported by us or you can haul them. They are located at the suites. Private off street parking for 2+. Private entry with a coded keypad. You will receive the code one hour prior to check in via text message. Join us for your next visit to Solon Springs! Guest access If you book the whole house for 8 guests everything is accessible. If you book one of the two suites to house up to 4 guests, you have a private entrance, private parking and a privacy wall on the back deck. All interior spaces are private with no shared rooms. Many guests prefer to book both suites with friends or family members to have the best of both worlds. Enjoy friends and family for as long as you would like and then retreat to your suite for alone time. The only shared area at this location is the outdoor BBQ area. Other things to note We like to spoil our guests so don’t be surprised if you have gifts on your doorstep! Also….open the suitcase in the living room for a fun surprise.
