House in Hedenäset near Torneälv

Hedenäset is a small village in Övertorneå municipality. The house is 300 meters from the Torne River. In this peaceful accommodation, you can relax with the family. Ski tracks are 100 meters from the house, it is pulled on the old railway track parallel to the Torne River. Electric light trails and more advanced trails are nearby. Here you can experience both the Northern Lights and the midnight sun. Of course, the forest offers nice forest walks and the opportunity to pick berries and mushrooms. Nice fishing waters are nearby. You can swim in the Torne River. The space You have the house to yourselves. The house is fully equipped. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, TV with free Swedish channels and some Finnish channels but no Wi-Fi. Puzzles and games for children. The accommodation has 7 beds divided into 2 bedrooms and a larger room with 3 beds. A double bed, two pull-out beds and a single bed. There is a living room, kitchen, sauna, a bathroom and a smaller guest toilet, garage, (which cannot be used for a car) and a glazed terrace. The upper floor has two rooms but is not currently in use. The house has no thresholds, therefore suitable for wheelchair and walker. Fireplace is available but cannot be used. Smoking is not allowed. Pets are welcome. There are no stores in Hedenäset but Övertorneå (20 km) is a central location with stores, a bank, a health center and a bridge to Finland. Guest access You rent the whole house. Other things to note Towels and sheets can be borrowed for a cost of SEK 120/set. Toilet paper and hand soap, shampoo, body wash are available. Pricing: As you can see in the calendar, the rent is higher for the winter months due to the heating costs. Since I do not live in the house, only the ground heating is on when it says empty. Therefore, I am not renting for only one night during the winter.
