This can also be used as a workspace and boasts a fast Wi-Fi (162 Mbps) is available for remote work. Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals. A free-to-use 2 in 1 washing machine/dryer is also available. Family-Friendly: We provide a standalone high chair for younger guests. Upstairs: Bedrooms: Two comfortable bedrooms - a spacious master bedroom and a second room with a double bed. Washroom: A modern, spa-like washroom featuring a luxurious, adjustable power shower that can be used while sitting or standing. For your comfort, all rooms are equipped with blackout blinds to ensure a quality night's sleep. Guest access Guests will have private access to the entire house and its amenities. Full Access: Enjoy the entire property, including all rooms and living spaces. Outdoor Space: A private, fully-fenced backyard with an outdoor dining area and furniture is yours to use. Parking: One free parking space is provided on the premises for your convenience. Off-Limits: The only area that is off-limits to guests is the boiler cupboard. Other things to note No Party Policy: We have a strict no party policy and noise must be kept down particularly in quiet hours (between 930pm and 9am). Any complaints from neighbours for loud behaviour during quiet hours will result in being asked to vacate the flat immediately with no refunds given. Appliances: You are welcome to use all appliances. An instruction booklet is provided in the house for your convenience. Security: For your safety and security, exterior security cameras are located on the property. Longer Stays: For bookings of 21 days or more, electricity and gas usage is covered up to £150 per month. Any usage exceeding this amount will be charged to the guest.
