Great family beach house with an amazing view The space The house sleeps 8-10 guests comfortably by utilizing the pull out sofa. The king bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower tub combo, the queen room and the bunk room (2 twin over twin bunks) share a bathroom that is right between the two bedrooms. Has a big gathering space inside and outside! - A starter pack is provided that includes a small dish soap, sponge, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, a limited number of dishwasher pods and laundry pods. Please note that this is a standard starter pack and guests will have to provide anything beyond this, should these items run out, as stay durations do vary. - Full-size/heavy duty washer and dryer - Fully equipped kitchen with various pots and pans, baking sheets, glasses, cups, utensils, bowls, and mugs and sponge - Soap provided for each sink - WIFI with Download speed up to 36 Mbps and upload speed up to 12 Mbps - Linens provided for each bed - Paper towel roll in the kitchen - Board games - Each bathroom (2.5), contains 2 rolls of toilet paper each. Other things to note This home has a large open comfortable family room area to sit and visit or watch TV. It has two sofas, two arm chairs and is open to the kitchen which has bar seating and a dining table. The three bedrooms and two baths are perfect for a family weekend or week long stay, plus a pull out queen bed sofa sleeper for the extra sleeping room if you need it! Great outdoor sitting area and private outdoor shower with both cold and hot water. Full dining table, and swing bench, plus grass to play yard games! Or if you want the best view hang out on the balcony with the outdoor seating and see the waves roll in. Fully stocked kitchen with coffee maker. The yard is not fully fenced, it’s just open on the driveway, but does have fencing all the way around the other area of the yard What's nearby: Crystal Beach is sometimes called the country beach. You get some much-needed seclusion while still being close to some of the urban hustle and bustle! The endless beaches of Bolivar are right outside your front door, drive your car, golf cart or walk for a day on the beach with kids playing in the sand, having a picnic or just relaxing in the sand! If you want a break from the beach, venture in and treat the whole family to a fun-filled day at Fun Spot Water Slide. Don't forget to grab a scoop of ice cream from Ritas and Cream on your way back home. There are lots of good eats on the peninsula as well! If you want a day trip to get out, the lively city of Galveston is a short and free ferry ride away for everyone to enjoy.
