Crooked Cottage - Lake - Skiing

Bring the whole family to this cozy cottage with lots of room for fun. Centrally located and close to lots of activities. Crooked Lake access at the end of the road. In the warmer months, there is a bike path across the street that will take you into town or towards Petoskey. If you would rather enjoy the big lake, Petoskey State Park is a 10 minute drive. In the winter months the house is close to snowmobile trails and a 15-20 minute drive to Nubs Nob or Boyne Highlands. The space This is a 2 story house with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. There is a daybed in the Great Room that can be used for additional sleeping space. The 3 bedrooms are located upstairs. There is 1 full bath upstairs with a bathtub/shower. The other full bath is located on the main floor and has only a shower. There are 2 living rooms with tvs, so guests can spread out. Each TV is set up with a Roku stick for you to log into your accounts. There are lots of board games and card games to keep you busy during your stay. The 3 seasons porch offers a quiet place to relax or enjoy coffee. The kitchen is stocked with everything you should need! Guest access The entire house is yours, there is a private back yard with deck and fire pit. Other things to note In the Summer: We do Not have central A/C but there are window units in each bedroom and in the great room. The house is pretty shaded. If you open the windows at night to let the cool air in and close them mid morning before the heat, the house will stay pretty cool. In the Winter: The fireplace does produce heat to help keep the first floor toasty.
