The space Guests can park their car in a large free parking lot just in front of the residence. You will be welcomed by Françoise from the concierge on site for the handover of the keys, who will ask you for a deposit of €500 to prevent any small problems. The apartment includes: - a kitchen equipped with: Dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave, induction hob, extractor hood, kettle, filter coffee maker, toaster as well as dishes and all necessary utensils. - a bathroom with: Shower, sink, toilet, washing machine, towel dryer, hair dryer, small ironing board and iron. - an air-conditioned living room with: Table for 4/6 people and chairs, sofa bed for one adult or two children, TV and wifi. - 2 air-conditioned bedrooms each with: A large closet, a bed for two people and bedside tables. You have the option to take care of the cleaning at the end of the stay or to take the package for €70 for more peace of mind. Just like cleaning, you can choose to bring your sheets and towels or rent them on site by booking them at least fifteen days before your arrival, at the following rate: - Sheets (2 sheets and 2 pillowcases) = €12.00 per bed - Bath towels (1 large + 1 small) = €5.00 - Bath mat = €2.50 Guests can enjoy the large, unsupervised 3m-deep swimming pool shared with the residence or walk to Lucia beach, which is always calm and uncrowded, by a small path of about 250m.
