Comes with 2 Kayaks, Volleyball/Badminton net (and equipment), firepit (with a free pack of firewood provided), tiki bar and a dock. 65" Smart TV with high speed internet. Parking of up to 4 vehicles. Other things to note I do require guests to sign a Rental Agreement and a Waiver Form prior to their arrival. We also urge guests to bring their own towels.
