Bedrooms are split by the living area. Great for two couples, a work meeting or a quiet getaway. Large, bright dining room is great if you're looking for a place to spread out while you work. There's a separate desk in the third bedroom as well. Private backyard with covered patio and fire pit is great for cool nights. Other things to note We only have parking for 2 cars. We cannot host parties or events. We will ask for the names and ages of guests staying with you and they will be included in your Rental Agreement
