Guest access Our unique spacious property offers retreats, space for various outdoor activities and the opportunity to experience your own vacation story and tell it at home. Our latest highlight is our small private "beach area" around our pond. The fine sand invites you to relax barefoot in one of the beach chairs or on one of the sun loungers and enjoy the beautiful sunset. Furthermore, you should not miss out on packing your kayak or SUP to start a tour on the Siel directly behind our North Sea vacation paradise. Fishing is also permitted in the Siel (more information on request). In a small shed, a washing machine & dryer are available for shared use. Other things to note Any additional fees such as the guest fee and fees for bedding and towels (optional) are not yet included in the travel price and will be subsequently requested by us via Airbnb. To issue the guest cards, the guest's email address is required. Please note the point "House Rules" Our accommodations are located in the middle of the countryside on the North Sea coast – surrounded by nature, animals and fresh air. This is exactly what many guests appreciate about Butjadingen. Insects such as spiders, mosquitoes or beetles cannot be completely avoided in this environment – not even by thorough cleaning, insect screens or other measures. Doors are often opened, the air is ventilated, children and dogs are on the go – it inevitably happens that small crawling animals get lost in the apartment. We want guests to feel comfortable with us – this includes a realistic view of what a stay in the midst of nature means.
