Private 300 m² garden and access to a shared pool 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. from mid-June to mid-September. The space The apartment is 50 m², composed of a living room with fully equipped kitchen and an office area for remote working with Wi-Fi, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Air conditioning allows you to enjoy without suffering the summer heat. The 8 m x 3.5 m pool is shared. The owners live in a house at the back of the apartment (not overlooked from the apartment, the entrance gate is shared). You will also have a private garden of 300 m². The apartment is perfectly equipped for a quiet stay, 7 kg washing machine in the shower room, dishwasher, fully functional kitchen and storage in the bedrooms.
