This exquisite 5-bedroom, 4-beds, 4-bathroom home offers the perfect blend of relaxation and excitement for your extended stay, with month-long to 1-year leases available. Monthly rent includes utilities. This home offers a beautiful place of rest and relaxation so that you can continue to explore the beautiful desert landscape with all its amenities. The space This luxurious home is designed for your comfort. The 5 bedrooms boast comfortable beds that allow private spaces while staying together with those you love. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with all the essentials to make you feel right at home! The home allows for guests to feel connected to the community and develop a "home away from home" feeling! Guest access You must first enter the home through the front door. The front door has a keypad with a deadbolt. The code will be set to the last 4 digits of the phone number provided on your reservation. Type in your code and then twist the deadbolt to unlock. You may then enter and open the garage. There will be a garage door opener on the counter available for you to use for the duration of your stay. Other things to note Please note that Tava is a neighboring community that is separate from the Retreat, and it is not open to the public. Amenities for the pool itself are exclusively designed for that community. Southern Utah Luxury only provides the initial stocking of supplies for a reservation. Once supplies run out, guests are responsible for purchasing what more is needed. We are proud to support the self-check-in capability for you. As part of our self-check-in system, we require guests to place a card on file before check-in. This can be done by clicking on the following link to your guest portal. A link will be sent to you before check-in. If you are thinking about bringing a pet, please let us know! We can check with the homeowners for their approval. If approved, a pet fee of $100 per pet will apply, and we can add the payment to your reservation.
