A walk in Pantry with Basic cooking staples is provided. A Nespresso Coffee machine (with pods), gourmet teas and hot chocolate will certainly quench your thirst. If they don't we have a Soda Stream and an Ice Maker fridge. Adjacent to the kitchen is a meals and Lounge Area. Relax back in our ultra comfortable seating. Read a book or magazine from our extensive collection or perhaps challenge each other to a board game. If it is Television that you want, our large screen smart TV has both Netflix and Foxtel available. There is also unlimited Wifi. Our Reading room is a beautiful quiet space where you can sit back and relax with a book or cuppa. We love to sit in one of the beautiful armchairs and watch ships sailing into Melbourne or Geelong. The Spirit of Tasmania sails past Portarlington most evenings and is very easy to spot! If you would like a closer view step out onto the Balcony and use our Telescope for a Birds Eye view. The Master Suite is beautifully decorated with original art works. the Queen Bed is adorned with luxurious sheets and Doonas. Sheridan Bath sheets and towels are provided in the double shower Ensuite. General Information Centrally heated and Evaporative Aiconditioning Upstairs is fully self contained in our 5 Star rated large beach side property called the Shell Seekers. For select periods throughout the year (when we need a slower pace) we close the lower level of the house to guests and only offer the Upstairs portion of the house. At those times there will be no other guests at the property, all other bedrooms are locked. However if you are staying "Upstairs" you are able to use the Laundry on the ground floor and also the lovely rear garden and garage. A fire pit and vege patch with seasonal vegetable is available to guests also. Upstairs is a lovely self contained space that we believe will delight singles and couples who choose to visit this lovely part of the Bellarine Peninsula. Guest access At Upstairs Portarlington the whole first floor is available for guest use. The downstairs Laundry, Double Garage and Rear yard are all accessible to guests.
