Fjord view in centre w/parking

Just metres from the town centre, but very quiet at the end of a narrow road, with amazing fjord and mountain views! Your parking space is in front of our house, and you go down an exterior staircase to your entrance. The entry has a big wardrobe. Next is the modern and fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower and washer dryer combo. Down the hallway is a bedroom with a 150x200cm bed and a big closet, and a living room with a sofa bed that pulls out to 140x200cm and a crib. Welcome! The space The appartment is very centrally located, with easy access to public transport, shops, cafes, playgraunds, and the famous Fjellstua viewpoint. Shortly before reaching our house, you go up a short but steep hill. Located in the lower floor, the apartment of 65m2 (700ft2) has floor heating, big windows and a modern kitchen, and is very comfortable. It was recently improved and painted. We live upstairs and are often available if you need help. Distances: 1. Fjellstua - 850m (approx.16min walk) 2.Skateflukaia busstop (airoport express) - 350m (approx.5 min walk) 3. Hurtigruten terminal Aalesund - 750m Guest access You have free use of the whole apartment and the very large back deck overlooking the fjord. Other things to note 1. Bed linens and towels are included, and we also offer other basics like coffee, tea, oil and salt. 2. Storage room is available if you need luggage storage. On the rare occasions that guests do not respect our rules, we apply the following fines. Loud music and/or partying, or disturbing during quiet hours: NOK 1000. Extra cleaning of rugs, curtains and surfaces after pets, cigarette smoke, or other items in violation of our regulations: minimum NOK 1000. Extra guests (above maximum of four): NOK 500 per guest. Late checkout: 12:00-13:00, NOK 250; 13:00-14:00: NOK 500; later checkout is charged the full next night’s rate, provided that the apartment is available.
