This 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment is perfect for a family getaway or a couple coming on vacation. With a full kitchen, living room, patio and a pool out back what more could you want. Oh wait the apartment also comes equipped with a grill and is only a 5 minute walk away from the beach, and just a short car ride if there is anything else you might need or anywhere you'd like to go. The bedroom has a large king sized bed with air-conditioning in the bedroom, full dresser and closet. The apartment also has a full kitchen with all the cooking utensils you might need. Lovely living room for relaxing and watching a movie in the evening. The apartment has wifi for you, and the password is in the apartment brochure and on the side of the wifi router. The entire apartment will be available to the guests except the closet in the bathroom which is the owners closet. If there is anything you might need there will be a doorbell camera on the front door if you have any issues with checking in or anything else. My personal number and email will also be in the apartment brochure when you arrive just incase you need to reach me as soon as possible. The apartment is equipped with an automated lock that only opens with your code from time of check in to check out along with the master code that I have. There will also be a lock on the inside that can only be locked and unlocked from the inside. We have also placed a fire extinguisher along with two smoke detectors, one in the kitchen, the other in the bedroom.
