You are booking a Cozy, Modern, and SPACIOUS Basement Apartment with a Private Entrance, and a large open-concept Guest Suite! Located in one of West Chicago incorporated quiet neighborhoods. Host occupies the separate 1st floor. You’ve your own private entrance & space. No SHARING!! Why Share if you can have your own private space for a reasonable rate. Pool is available during pool season. Inground heated pool with deep & shallow end. Pool size 16x22. The space • 1 Bedroom with a Queen Bed with 12". memory foam mattress, walk-in closet, closet sliding door mirror, TV with firestick, extra bedding, blankets. Extra sleeping cot is available upon request. • Sizable living area is open-concept including futon for extra guest. TV space with comfortable seating, firestick, and reading material. • Kitchen stocked with supplies, full-sized fridge & freezer, coffee station, microwave, 2 electric two-burner hot plates, skillet, crockpot, smoothy blender and pantry. • The bathroom has a tub, soap/shampoo/conditioner, and towels are provided and other misc items can be found inside the bathroom vanity • There is a pool deck patio which is available upon special request, features a gas grill and seating area. Private entrance is located right next to garage door through the glass door. Your unique key code will be emailed/texted to you prior to your arrival date. Laundry is mainly allowed for 7+ stays. I’ve to give access to the laundry room which is on main level of the house. Laundry is only allowed during non peak hours which is mainly after 8pm or between 10am-1pm. One load a week & detergent is not included. Only basement where you’re staying & other areas are shared such as patio, backyard including the grill during the season. If you're mainly booking to use the pool please message me before booking. You're required to sign a waiver. Other things to note We do ask that no feminine products or anything else besides toilet paper are flushed down the toilet as well as the home is on a septic tank with sensitive plumbing! Lower level have low ceiling in some part of the space especially where beams are located. 6ft 5” ceiling part of kitchenette area. Bedroom, Bathroom & living room is 8ft ceiling 30+ days booking receive 4 roll of toilet paper and professional cleaning during your stay every 2 weeks.
