Thoughtfully designed for a comfortable stay, it features a cozy living area, a separate bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen for simple meals, and a dedicated workspace for remote work. On warm days, A/C keeps the apartment comfortable. Just outside you’ll find cafés, restaurants, parks, and nightlife, while inside apartment offers a calm, stylish retreat in the middle of it all. The space LEONORA sits in a classic Mexico City building with a true local feel—quiet, lived-in, and full of character. Inside, the layout is simple and comfortable: a separate bedroom for privacy, a cozy living area, and a kitchen ready for easy meals. On warm days, you’ll stay cool with A/C, and if you’re working remotely, you’ll have a proper desk and reliable Wi-Fi. THE NEIGHBORHOOD Condesa is energetic and walkable. Step outside for great coffee, restaurants, parks, and night spots—then come back to a calm home base. It’s also a strategic location to move around the city, with easy access to Polanco, Chapultepec, WTC, Centro, and Coyoacán. Because Condesa is lively, you may hear some city sounds at night. Please note: the apartment is on the 2nd floor (Mexico) and there is no elevator (similar to a 3rd-floor walk-up in the U.S.).
