Newly-built accommodation on Älgö, Saltsjöbaden. Perfect for couples/smaller families. Outside, there is a seating area with a smaller dining table. There is also the possibility to also share a larger patio with sofas and parasols next to the house. There is a large lawn for games or play. The house has a spacious living room where you can eat, relax and socialize. In the loft (without a gate) there are two double beds. It is about 30 minutes from Stockholm city. Close to swimming (300 meters). Shopping center about 8 km. Bus is available but car is recommended. No parties. The space Our little house has a common living room that is used for food and socializing. Up to the sleeping loft is a small staircase. In the sleeping loft, there is the possibility to make two single beds or two double beds. There is no gate to the stairs. Which means that safety for young children is not available. Guest access Guests have access to the house and below the house there is a lawn. A seating area and a smaller table with chairs are available on the tree deck outside the house. There is also access to a barbecue. The garden patio on the top of the house is also used by the host's family. Other things to note There must be no pets or smoking in or outside the property. The house may not be used for parties or events. Since this house is located on our property, we are keen that it is peaceful and quiet and we therefore do not want you to bring extra guests. If you don't want to sleep in the loft, you can make up the sofa in the living room.
