Welcome to our peaceful retreat & escape home place - Sunset Park Villas! Tucked away in the coastal village of Chloraka in Paphos, Sunset Park villas feature 6 modern townhouses which designed for calm and comfort. Each villa has its own private pool, a sun-soaked patio for alfresco meals, and parking. The space The exterior of the villa features a private pool with a sun umbrella. Near the entrance, there is a patio with a large dining table, four chairs, and a vertical charcoal BBQ. The interior of the villa is decorated in a modern minimalist style, with grey marble flooring. The ground floor has large floor-to-ceiling windows next to the living room and entrance door, as well as a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and a restroom. In the living room, there are a two-seater sofa and a single armchair, an LCD TV, a TV cabinet, and a coffee table. Usually, an adaptor is placed in the drawer of the coffee table. If you cannot find it there, it might be in the bedside-table drawer in one of the upstairs bedrooms. If you still cannot find it, please feel free to contact us. The kitchen includes an electric stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, basic seasonings, a capsule coffee machine, a bread maker, and all essential cooking utensils, plates, cups, and glasses. As standard, we provide 4 coffee capsules; if you need more, please feel free to let us know. A floating solid-wood staircase leads to the first floor, where there are two bedrooms and one bathroom. One of the bedrooms has access to a balcony with an open sea view. Each bedroom has a double bed, bedside table, large wardrobe, and its own safe. The upstairs bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower, and there is a hairdryer located next to the washbasin. Guest access Be respectful and feel at home in your Paphos getaway :) The parking area, private pool, ground-floor patio, and the entire villa are all for your exclusive use. Please keep the noise level reasonable, the guests live in the neighbouring villas are same as you, come to enjoy the vacation. For your safety, access to the rooftop is not permitted. Rent a car would be a better way to enjoy Cyprus island. Anyway, all up to your convenience :) Extra Notes 1. Currently surrounding has temporary construction. It might have noise in hours during daytime. Thanks for your understanding:) 2. For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have 1 external security camera located at the front door area. 3. In front of the gate, needs to step few stairs. 4. The pool is open year-round and is not heated. The water temperature depends on the outdoor temperature. Registration Details AEMAK - PAF 0005631
